Awaiting a miracle...

Every once in a while, I'll meet someone who I know is in our lives for a reason. That was the case with the Helton family. From the moment we met them, we knew there was something about them that we needed to be around. Their oldest daughter, Sweet Caroline, touched our hearts in a way unexplainable to you. Caroline's birth experience was very traumatic and left she and her mother both to face health issues that would quickly bring most people to their knees. However, it brought this family face down on the floor...praising their Heavenly Father! It is so inspiring to watch this family fight their battles while smiling-always knowing God will keep His promise and supply all their needs. And while I know it is not an easy road, it's one they have chosen to walk, never giving up and always focusing on the Lord. Throughout their battle, they have had many victories-some big and some small-but all leading them closer to the prize...the healing of their daughter!

I am honored to march along side this amazing family preparing for the miracle we all know is very soon to come. The way God is revealing Himself through this precious girl is something that will touch you and change your walk with Christ as well. I beg you to read Caroline's story http://www.homeof5.blogspot.com/ and you will be forever inspired. I knew when I met this family they had something special. They were so warm and genuine-but more than that-they were so full of faith and so full of joy. They are a constant reminder of me that God is a keeper of His promises...and that I should praise Him no matter what my circumstances.
