Last Friday morning a sweet tradition was started...
a group of friends/neighbors decided to gather together for a last minute production of a July 4th parade. Well, this is proof last minute can sometimes be the best way. We all gathered in the culdesac Sunday evening and started parading around the circle as a start to a memory these children and parents will cherish for years to come. It was spontaneous, creative and just plain FUN!
We pulled out our July 4th decoration tub from the basement on Saturday evening and started decorating the golf cart. It turned out pretty cute!
Our Grand Marshall was so talented that he rode his bike, played his drums and steered his little girl along, as well!
Some of the creativity was just priceless!
The front of the pack...
The rest of this week holds lots more enjoyment. Off to rest so I can keep up...
